Recently, Suzhou ScieHome Co., Ltd. ("ScieHome") has secured tens of millions of yuan in a Pre-A+ funding round, with MX Capital leading the investment exclusively.

Founded in June 2022, ScieHome is an innovative enterprise in the field of cardiovascular medical technology, focusing on the development of a platform based on ultrasound energy and combined medical device technologies. ScieHome's ground-breaking ultrasound-assisted thrombus removal system, which utilises its proprietary multi-directional pulse ultrasound technology, is specifically designed to address the challenges of current intractable and mixed venous thrombi. This single device can rapidly clear multiform mixed thrombi, using a thrombolytic dosage that is less than a quarter of the typical catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT), significantly reducing the risk of bleeding while preserving the vascular endothelium and venous valves. The product is currently in the mid-stage of clinical trials.

This funding round will expedite the product's industrialisation and commercialisation, as well as the development of future integrated interventional ultrasound diagnostic and therapeutic products.

Serving as the legal counsel to ScieHome, Llinks has provided expert legal services for this funding round, drawing on its extensive experience in investment and finance projects.

The Llinks core team was led by Llinks partners Ms. Selena She and Mr. Colin Shi, and included associate Mr. Jerome Tang.
