On 8 December, 2017, Gaw Capital announced its successful exit from Cross Tower in Shanghai.
Shanghai Cross Tower Building is located in the People's Square – East Nanjing Road CBD, the heart of Huangpu District, with convenient transport. Opposed of it is the Lujiazui area across of the Huangpu River. It has a total area of 50 thousand square meters. In 2013, Gaw Capital acquired the project through its fund and renovated the building to enhance its overall quality and created a premium office atmosphere. The successful exit of Cross Tower Building fully demonstrated Gaw Capital's capabilities of project execution and asset management.
