In August 2018, the public concerned landmark building in the Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, which was called Twin-tower building, re-launched recently due to Dongling Group capital re-investment. It is officially renamed "Dongling•Xi Shang", focusing on creating one stop life and business service center, combing business, cultural entertainment and medium to high-end residence services all in one.
The capital chain rupture of the original Twin-tower building caused the project to stagnate for many years and it was applied for bankruptcy reorganization. The Dongling Group, which has been short-listed for the "Top 500 Chinese Enterprises" for 14 consecutive times, is identified as the restructuring investor for this project by investing 1.3 billion as debt repayment funds. The project has substantially increased the ordinary debt repayment rate and completed the repurchase of related retail stores.
