In May 2023, "MOODLES", a technology company focusing on food industry, completed its Pre-A+ round of financing, which was jointly led by an industrial fund and its own founder, and other shareholders followed. The funds obtained from this round will be mainly used for terminal channel development.
At the beginning of its establishment in 2021, MOODLES, a company focusing on protein-based food technology-driven company, plans to create one "Super Main Course" with multidisciplinary cross-innovation, which will integrate the technologies like 3D printing, modern nutrition, molecular cuisine to make the food with full nutrition and high protein. Without changing traditional eating habits, the nutrition, health and efficiency of mainstream carb foods such as noodles and rice are upgraded, and customized nutritious meals are provided for different groups of people such as muscle gain, fat loss, children's complementary food, and chronic disease management.
Prior to this round of financing, MOODLES had completed three consecutive rounds of angel round, pre-A round and strategic round in October 2021, February 2022 and August of the same year, attracting investment from Galileo Capital, GGV Jiyuan Capital, Fengwu Capital and Renshan Capital.
On May 9, MOODLES also officially signed a strategic agreement with Freshippo. It is reported that this is also the only startup signed by the Hema Prefabricated Dish Ecological Alliance. MOODLES will launch a number of innovative products in the hema channel this year.
