Recently, CITIC Agricultural Fund (中信农业基金) and Talent Capital (天赋资本) completed their series B investment in Suzhou Eavision Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (苏州极目机器人科技有限公司) ("Eavision Robot") with tens of millions of RMB.
Established in June, 2016, Eavision Robot has been devoting itself to the research, development and manufacture of data, technology and products in the computer vision field. Its research and development results may be applied to fields such as agricultural services, powerline inspection and rail transportation. Currently, Eavision Robot has successfully applied frontier technology such as autonomous driving and computer vision to crop protection industrial UAVs. Eavision Robot owns crop protection UAV products with the function of obstacle avoidance, and has independently developed supporting agricultural data management system.
Acting as the legal counsel of CITIC Agricultural Fund, Llinks provided legal services for the foregoing transaction, including due diligence, transaction documents drafting, negotiation and closing matters.
