Llinks advised on the public offering of corporate bonds by China Aerospace Science and Technology Group, one of the major groups in China's military sector. During the past several years, the issuer has carried out a number of projects which had attracted worldwide attention and praise, such as Shenzhou Spacecraft V and VI. In April 2006, Aerospace Group successfully issued corporate bonds amounting to RMB 2 billion. It is the first time for Aerospace Group to be financed in China's capital markets.
