On July 23, 2026, Data Tech Group Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Data Tech Group") successfully completed its rights issue arrangement. Pursuant to the rights issue plan, the company conducted the rights issue on the basis of two (2) rights shares for every five (5) shares held on the record date at a subscription price of HK$0.275 per rights share, issuing 250,000,000 rights shares to qualifying shareholders and raising total gross proceeds of up to approximately HK$68.8 million. After deducting related expenses, the net proceeds from the rights issue amounted to approximately HK$67.0 million.

The net proceeds raised by the company will be utilized for the development and expansion of its existing system integration solutions business, including: (i) approximately HK$28.5 million (representing approximately 42.6% of the net proceeds) for the acquisition of hardware to complement the integration of IT infrastructure solution services, which is expected to be fully utilized within 6 months after the completion of the rights issue; (ii) approximately HK$12.0 million (representing approximately 17.9% of the net proceeds) for recruiting additional sales and technical team personnel, which is expected to be fully utilized within 12 months after the completion of the rights issue.

Data Tech Group is primarily engaged in two major business segments: first, the distribution of IT products in Hong Kong, Macao, and Chinese Mainland; second, the provision of system integration solutions for IT systems in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and Macao, covering system design, hardware and software development and implementation, hardware and software coordination, system configuration (including data communications, system infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation), as well as technical and maintenance support services.
