Llinks advised Cargill Financial Services Corporation and China Real Estate Partners I, LLC. on their acquisition of Shanghai Tiziano Villa Project developed by Shanghai Shihe Nandu Properties Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Vanke Group. The relevant agreements were signed on December 20, 2005. Llinks advised on this acquisition, including legal due diligence, structuring advice, and drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation.
