Llinks advised Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) S.C.A., one of the five top winemaker worldwide, on its establishment of a joint venture in China. DBR reached a joint venture agreement with CITIC East China (Group) Co., Ltd., an affiliate to CITIC Group to develop vineyards and establish the wine estate on the Penglai Peninsula in Shandong province, an area regarded as one of the most promising for the industry in terms of both its climatic and geological conditions.
