Recently, Beijing SRI Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SRI Intelligence") successfully completed a Pre-A++ financing round exceeding 60 million RMB. This round was led by CDH Investments, with participation from Lenovo Star and continued support from existing shareholders including Shunwei Capital, Lilly Asia Ventures, and ZH Ventures. FanZhuo Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this round.
Since its establishment three years ago, SRI Intelligence has completed multiple financing rounds. The funds raised in this round will be used for clinical trials of its core product, the metaFlow®? high-energy waterjet autonomous surgical robot (waterjet surgical robot), as well as the development of new product pipelines.
