Recently, the A-share listed company Sinochem International Corporation (中化国际(控股)股份有限公司) ("Sinochem International") completed its acquisition of Huai'an Junsheng New Energy Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (淮安骏盛新能源科技有限公司) ("Huai'an New Energy"), marking its venture into the lithium battery industry.
Huai'an New Energy was established in June 2017. In possession of advanced researching and developing system, it is equipped with strong technology capacity and is capable of mass production of ternary lithium battery with leading energy density. Huai'an New Energy has been devoting itself to becoming a world-leading supplier of power lithium battery solutions.
