Recently, Suning Commerce Group (Stock code: 002024) officially announced that its holding subsidiary, Suning Financial Service (Shanghai) Limited Co. ("Suning Financial") refinanced RMB 5.335 billion yuan by issuing 16.5 % extra new shares of stock on the basis of market value at 27 billion RMB, which raised funds from both investors and employee shareholding platform in capital market successfully.
Suning Financial is a financial platform which integrated third-party payment, supply-chain finance, insurance sale, fund sale and other financial services of Suning Finance. Suning Financial Service has been issued third-party payment, insurance sale and other financial licenses.
