Llinks Advised on the Initial Public Offering and Listing of Large Glass Manufacturer Zhuzhou Kibing Group Co., Ltd.

With the approval by China Securities Regulatory Commission, Zhuzhou Kibing Group Co., Ltd., a large glass manufacturer, raised approximately RMB 1.5 billion total for its initial public offering of 168,000,000 common shares on 4 August 2011.  Zhuzhou Kibing Group Co., Ltd. was further listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 13 August 2011.
