In September 2020, Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd. ("Red Star Macalline"), Chinese leading retailer of home furnishing products, obtained a logistics project in Caidian District of Wuhan ("the Project") by 100% equity acquisition through its subsidiary.
The Project is located in Caidian District of Wuhan, in the delta where the Han River and the Yangtze River converge. A number of logistics projects, including JD Logistics Park and GLP Logistics Park, have been established in this area. The acquisition of the Project will further strengthen Red Star Macalline's logistics facility network and logistics service in Central China.
