Llinks Representing COSCO Pacific in the Largest Port Joint Venture in China

Llinks has been representing COSCO Pacific in investment in and restructuring of Qingdao Qianwan Container Terminal, the largest container terminal as well as the largest port joint venture in China. The joint venture partners include world market leaders COSCO, P&O Ports and A.P. Moller and China leading port operator Qingdao Port (Group) Company. Final transaction documents were signed on July 21, 2003. China's Premier Wen Jia Bao and UK Prime Minister Tony Blair announced the formation of the new joint venture in the signing ceremony at the People's Great Hall in Beijing.
