The controlling shareholder of Shanghai Electric Wind Power is Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited (601727.SH, 02727.HK), a company listed both on Shanghai Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Exchange. Shanghai Electric Wind Power's listing is the first domestic spin-off listing of a State-owned listed company after the implementation of "Several Provisions on the Pilot Scheme for Domestic Spin-off Listings of Subsidiaries of Listed Companies".
