On February 12, 2007, Capmark Investments entered into a Subscription Agreement with Shanghai Chiway Properties Co., Ltd. for the subscription of increased capital in Wuxi Chiway Real Property Co., Ltd. and the co-development of the Wuxi Eton Project (including a residential real estate project and affiliated facilities). Wuxi Foreign Economic Relation and Trade Commission has approved the capital increase and subscription under the Subscription Agreement. The Wuxi Eton Project is the first real estate development project of Capmark Investments in China, in which, Capmark Investments will contribute a nine figure investment in RMB. As counsel to Capmark Investments, Llinks provided full range legal services for this project, including deal structuring, due diligence, government coordination, preparation of transaction documents, negotiation, and closing coordination.
