Everbright Jia Bao First Asset Backed Notes Project in 2018 ("CMBN Project") in which Llinks fully participates as the legal advisor to the issuer got approval of registration on issuing RMB 651 million notes from National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors in August, 2018, and finished issuance recently. The issue of CMBN Project is divided into senior notes (triple "A" rating) and junior notes.
CMBN Project is the first asset backed notes project of Everbright Jia Bao. The underlying asset for CMBN Project is the creditor's rights and the adhering warranties enjoyed by Suzhou Trust under its representing of stand-alone trust for providing trust loan to Everbright Jia Bao. The fundamental asset for CMBN Project is the beneficial rights of stand-alone trust which is set up by Suzhou Trust upon the authorization from the principal.
