With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the leading enterprise in nuts and roasted seeds industry, Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd. raised a total fund of approx. RMB 2 billion for its initial public offering of 50,000,000 common shares on 24 February 2011. Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd. was afterwards listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 2 March 2011.
