Llinks Advised Jiangxi Ganfeng on Initial Public Offering and Listing

With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd's Initial Public Offering of 25,000,000 common shares raised a total fund of RMB 517.5 million on 28 July 2010. Jiangxi Ganfeng was afterwards listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 10 August 2010.
