Llinks Advised on the First QDII Product of China International Fund Management Co., Ltd.

As approved by the CSRC, the first QDII product managed by China International Fund Management Co., Ltd., the China International Asia-Pacific Advantage Stock Investment Fund was offered to the public as of October 15, 2007. The subscription amount on the first day of offering was over RMB 100 billion, hence finishing the offering in advance. Llinks advised China International Fund Management Co., Ltd. on the offering of the fund.
