In December, MAIA ACTIVE, a women's designer sportswear brand, announced to have completed its C round financing. The target of this financing, Maia Active upholds the concept of bringing more comfortable sports experience to Asian women and focuses on Asian women's designer sportswear R&D and sales.
In this financing, Big Chance, an investment SPV of BELLE, obtained a total of 10.2192% equity of the Company upon the closing with a consideration of RMB74,600,000 in total by accepting the equity interest transferred by the founder parties and subscribing for the newly increased registered capital.
As the legal counsel of MAIA ACTIVE, Llinks provided draft, negotiation, revision and finalization of the transaction documents, and closing services in this financing.
