Recently, Llinks successfully assisted Yunshang (Nanchang) Big Data Operation Co., Ltd. ("Yunshang Nanchang") in completing its first data asset registration and pledge project for the "Nanchang Urban Population Big Data Analysis Service." In this project, Llinks provided legal and compliance support to Yunshang Nanchang in actively responding to the national data factor circulation policies. Llinks helped the company systematically carry out data resource inventory, data governance, and legal ownership clarification, ultimately enabling the company to complete the compliant registration of data assets and obtain the data asset registration certificate. In July 2025, this data asset secured a bank credit line of tens of millions of RMB.
Yunshang Nanchang Company's first data asset recognized on the balance sheet is the "Nanchang Urban Population Big Data Analysis Service." The "Urban Population Big Data" within this service comprises datasets purchased from basic telecommunications operators. These datasets are derived from mobile phone signaling data that has been desensitized and processed. Due to its high application value in areas such as public policy formulation and commercial planning, this asset successfully gained recognition from a bank and secured data asset pledge financing credit lines. This breakthrough effectively bridged the "last mile" in realizing the value of data elements.
