On 21 January 2014, China Securities Regulatory Commission approved Zhejiang Wolwo Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc. to publicly offer 25,250,000 common shares (including issuing 110,000,00 new shares and transferring 14,250,000 existing shares), and to be listed on the ChiNext at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Zhejiang Wolwo Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc. is one of the first listed companies after the restart of IPO in China A share market.
