Llinks Acted for Shanghai Worldbest Investment Group on the Share Acquisition of the Sino Kama Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Worldbest Investment Group acquired 21.5 percent of the total subscribed capital of Sino Kama Co., Ltd.. Sino Kama Co., Ltd., with B shares listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, is one of the largest agricultural machinery manufacturing companies in China. Llinks acted for the acquirer in this project and were involved in all the documentation and negotiations. The documentations were signed on November 18, 2003.
