In June 2022, Vietnam Risesun New Material Company Limited has successfully completed the drawdown of the loan from Standard Chartered Bank, which is mainly used for the construction and operation of the flooring factory of Kentier group in Vietnam.
This financing is a Sinosure covered loan facility, which will help the layout of the leading Chinese flooring company, Kentier group, in the Belt and Road project in Southeast Asia, thus further enhancing the production capacity of its overseas factories and its competitiveness in the international market.
This project involves the regulatory issues of overseas investment and financing in a number of jurisdictions such as the PRC, Vietnam, Singapore and the UK. Acting as PRC legal advisors to Kentier group, Llinks provided professional services in negotiation, signing, security perfection etc.
