Recently, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. purchased from NG Fung Hong Limited 100% issued shares of Giant Harvest Limited, the owner of 82,800,000 foreign capital shares (approximately 25.09%) of and in the issued share capital of XuZhou V V Food & Beverage Co., Ltd., a limited liability joint stock company whose shares are listed and traded on the A Share Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 600300). Meanwhile, Otsuka (China) Investment Co., Ltd., the PRC holding company of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. directly purchased 15,873,000 shares (approximately 4.81%) of XuZhou V V Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. from V V Group Company.
