This will form a new flagship of healthcare digital intelligence covering 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government nationwide, and serving over 3,000 medical institutions. Following the merger, the two parties will jointly promote the research, development and application of enterprise-level AI-native operating systems, and take the lead in focusing on hospitals—an organizational scenario characterized by complex business processes, data intensity and high digital intelligence value.
