Recently, Shanghai On-Bright Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'On-Bright Electronics') completed a strategic financing round. The total amount raised in this round by On-Bright Electronics ranks among the top in simulation chip design companies in recent years.
This round of financing by On-Bright Electronics attracted participation from both upstream and downstream industry chains, well-known financial investors, and state-owned enterprises. It was jointly led by SAIC Group's strategic direct investment, Shangqi Capital, and Helicap, with participation from United-Prosperity Venture Capital, TCL, China Internet Investment Fund, Baoding Investment, CICC Capital, and Tiger Cub Capital. Existing shareholder Wuyuefeng Technology continued to increase its investment.
