Llinks recently advised as PRC legal counsel on a bank syndicate involving 6 borrowers in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. The investment is the largest foreign direct investment in Kunshan. The syndication is arranged by ABN Amro Hong Kong Branch and participated by Bank of China, China Construction Bank, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China. The facilities amount to US$233,000,000 ranking the largest syndication in Kunshan. The finance documents were signed on September 11, 2002.
