The private placement of 63,000,000 ordinary shares of Sichuan Sofcra Special-typed Fiber Co., Ltd. ("Sofcra") was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 8, 2008. The amount of funds raised from this private placement was approximately RMB 838 million.
