In April 2020, Zhejiang Jiyun Education Technology Co., Ltd ("Jiyun Education") completed its Series B Financing in the amount of nearly RMB100 million. Kunling Capital is the sole investor for this round of financing.
Established in 2005, Jiyun Education is a well-known vocational education group in Zhejiang Province, specialized in utilizing skills & academic qualifications. Jiyun Education cooperates with a number of colleges to set up workplace innovation and entrepreneurship classes, to provide students with a variety of vocational skills training. Meanwhile, Jiyun Education cooperates with colleges and their correspondence course sites based on its own online platform, to carry out cooperation in junior colleges among adult higher education and undergraduate education. At present, Jiyun Education has cooperated with more than 10 well-known colleges to set up workplace innovation and entrepreneurship classes, and more than 160 colleges online with more than 600,000 students.
