On 16 September, 2017, Harbour officially announced its completion of round A financing in which Llinks, as legal counsel of Gaw Capital, assisted to complete this financing, working with the other investor, Trustbridge Partners. Llinks provided a full range of services including argumentation of investment structure, due diligence, trade documents drafting and negotiation.
