Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited ("CATL") completed the placement of 62,385,000 new H-shares at a price of HKD 628.20 per share, with net proceeds amounting to approximately HKD 39.123 billion (the "Placement"). This Placement represents the largest equity placement project in the Hong Kong market so far this year.

According to data from SNE Research, CATL has ranked first globally in EV battery consumption volume for nine consecutive years (2017–2025) and first globally in energy storage battery shipment volume for five consecutive years (2021–2025).
