In March 2023, Ruimeng Semiconductor, a supplier of human-machine interaction chips and solutions, announced the completion of its Pre-A+ round of financing, led exclusively by Qingsong Fund. The funds raised in this round will be mainly used for the research and development and verification of new products, the expansion of the team size, and the reserve of supply chain working capital, involving the expansion of wafer fab capacity and the development of new wafer fabs.

Ruimeng Semiconductor was established in 2020 and focuses on the research and development of chips for intelligent tactile perception, intelligent visual assistance, intelligent voice wake-up and recognition, and intelligent brain-computer interfaces. The company's human-machine interaction chips are mainly targeted at consumer electronics and automotive terminal manufacturers, covering application scenarios such as smartphones, smart watches/bracelets, smart IoT, AR/VR, smart vehicles and health care.
