Llinks Advised an Acquisition and Restructuring of a Foreign-invested Company Listed on SSE

Llinks advised acquisition and major assets restructuring of Shanghai Minfeng Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Minfeng"), which is a foreign-invested joint stock company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange. Following the completion of the share acquisition on January 7, 2006, China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") granted its approval to this major assets restructuring in February 2006, under which Minfeng will exchange its contractual rights and interests, fixed assets, equity interests and other assets for the equity interests currently owned by the acquiring party. Llinks advised on legal matters and provided legal opinions to CSRC.
