On 13 March 2019, Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. ("Xiamen ITG") announced that the acquisition of Century Securities by Xiamen ITG and QianHai Financial Holdings was officially approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shenzhen Branch. Xiamen ITG and QianHai Financial Holdings respectively acquired 44.65% and 47% shares of Century Securities.
Century Securities is a small-and-medium sized securities company in Shenzhen holding a full-range securities business license. It has 22 branches and 38 securities business segments which cover brokerage, proprietary, securities underwriting and sponsoring, financial advisory, asset management, etc.
