Recently, the "Wuxi Xingqi Yu Zheng Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)" ("Xingqi Fund") has been officially launched for investment after being filed with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association.
Xingqi Fund, jointly initiated by Falcon Investment and Yaoning Technology Group, is managed by "Suzhou Xiu Zheng Entrepreneurship Investment Management Co., Ltd.," a subsidiary of Falcon Investment. With an initial closed-end fund size of 220 million RMB, the fund will primarily invest in early and growth-stage technology companies in the automotive sector.
Leveraging the professional investment capabilities and robust industrial resources in the automotive industry from both initiating parties – Falcon Investment and Yaoning Technology Group, Xingqi Fund will focus on two main themes: electrification and intelligence in the automotive sector. Seizing the historic opportunity for China's automotive industry to enhance its global discourse power and innovate, the fund will invest in outstanding entrepreneurial enterprises in the automotive technology field, with a particular emphasis on key elements such as semiconductors, electronic components, AI, software, materials, and high-end equipment in the upstream of the industry chain. Xingqi Fund also pays special attention to post-investment management and services, facilitating interaction between invested companies, fund investors, and industry partners to help them understand the industry, establish connections, seize opportunities, and collectively contribute to the rise and development of the Chinese automotive industry.
