In June 2015, Hunan TV and Broadcast Intermediary Co., Ltd.'s ("T&B") acquisition of 9you.com was launched. Shanghai Jiuzhirun Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Juizhirun") and Shanghai Jiuyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. are the operating entities of 9you.com. T&B will invest around 660 million RMB to acquire 70% equity interest in Jiuzhirun, thus obtaining the controlling right of 9you.com. As one of the leading online game operators in China, 9you.com has rich experience and resources on the online games operation industry. This deal will play an important role in T&B's "Internet + Media" strategy.
