In June 2022, Zhejiang Lingdi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lingdi Style3D"), an infrastructure services provider for digitalization of physical world, formally announced that it has completed its Pre-B+ round of financing with investment amount of about USD100 million, which was invested by CDH Baifu and several other institutions. The financing proceeds will be mainly used for development iteration of core technology and products, as well as promotion and construction of overseas markets.
Lingdi Style3D was founded in 2015 and primarily provides underlying technical services of the autonomous simulation engine and industry chain level industrial software to create a technology-driven 3D design integration and collaboration platform, which will be the infrastructure of digital fashion. So far, it has been applied in the apparel industry, and has been facilitating digitalization of the R&D, collaboration, exhibition and entire chain of production of the apparel enterprises.
