On November 24, 2014, Summitview Capital and Shanghai Municipality Venture Capital Guiding Fund officially signed a Letter of Intent of Strategic Cooperation regarding the formation of Shanghai Summitview Integrated Circuit IT-Industry Venture Capital Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Integrated Circuit IT-Industry Fund"). The overall size of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit IT-Industry Fund is RMB 10 billion. Besides Summitview Capital, the major initiators of the fund included Shanghai Municipality Venture Capital Guiding Fund, Shanghai Jiading Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd, MediaTek Inc., Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation ("SMIC"), Qingkong Asset Management Group and Knight Investment Group LLP.
