In June 2022, Cowarobot, a Level 4 autonomous driving solution provider, has announced the completion of its series D1 financing, led by AIC.

Cowarobot was founded in 2015.  With the triple advantages of vehicle equipment manufacturing, software algorithm R&D and intelligent network services, Cowarobot is the head company in the field of domestic high-level (Level 4) autonomous commercial vehicles, specializing in municipal sanitation and urban distribution logistics, and has been successfully commercialized.  Cowarobot also cooperates with Chery, BAIC and other OEMs to layout intelligent travel.

Since 2019, Cowarobot's operation scale has grown 20 times cumulatively.  In order to deal with the closed-loop processing of massive amount of autonomous driving data, Cowarobot has set up an efficient autonomous driving data circulation system.  In 2020, Cowarobot has established Cowa AI and Big Data Industry Technology Research Institute in Changsha, engaged in intelligent networking big data and high-precision map production.  In March 2022, Cowa Autonomous Driving Supercomputing Center was officially launched in Jiading, Shanghai, providing a high-level computing platform for Cowarobot's efficient autonomous driving data closed-loop system.
