The merger project between G7 IoT ("G7"), a leading IoT SaaS company in China's road freight industry, and Yiliu Technology ("E6"), a leading digital service operator for supply chain logistics in China, has been completed in the first quarter of 2022.
The combined company will be the largest and most influential software services company in the industry, covering vertical markets from production logistics to consumer logistics. The new company will continue to invest firmly in technology and R&D, provide customers with valuable data-driven products, and promote the upgrade of the road freight industry to "full chain connectivity" and "data intelligence".
