In May 2024, Shanghai Manhe Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ACGBOX"), a domestic food toy brand, completed a multi-million RMB Series A financing round. This round was solely invested by Ventech China.
Founded in 2017 in Shanghai, ACGBOX is positioned in the food toy track. Based on an understanding of culture and niche markets, ACGBOX combines "IP + leisure snacks" and highlights that for the leisure snack category, young people under great pressure not only value healthy eating but also the emotional value brought by "eating happily." By incorporating anime IP into leisure snacks, ACGBOX achieved nearly threefold year-on-year growth in 2023. ACGBOX continues to grow rapidly in the current market environment, showcasing its unique integration capabilities in IP, products, and channels.
