On February 28 and May 24, 2007, China Shipping (Group) Company, one of the largest groups in China's shipping sector, successfully issued the first and second short-term financing bonds of 2007, respectively, to further its business development. Total proceeds from the issuance amounted to RMB 5 billion. As its legal counsel, Llinks advised China Shipping (Group) Company on both issuances mentioned above.
