Llinks represented KOOR INDUSTRIES, LTD. (KOOR) in China National Agrochemical Corporation (CNAC)'s acquisition of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. ("ADAMA"), an Israeli enterprise.
Llinks, as a legal counsel, assisted KOOR in transferring its 40% equity of ADAMA to CNAC INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. (a wholly owned subsidiary of CNAC located in Singapore) which was later transferred to CNAC. In June 2017 when China Securities Regulatory Commission's unconditional approved the issuance of new shares by Sanonda A (Sanonda is an indirectly controlled subsidiary of CNAC) with a value of $2.75 billion USD, CNAC finallyaccomplished acquisition of one of the top tier international pesticide companies. ADAMA was an Israeli listed company and the world's seventh largest pesticide producer, and Sanonda is the first listed pesticide company in China, after KOOR's equity transfer with the assistance of Llinks and the China Securities Regulatory Commission's approval, Sanonda will be the world's sixth largest pesticide company.
