Mr. Shi received his LL.B. degree from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008.

Mr. Shi specializes in private equity/venture capital, fund formation, M&A, as well as corporate and foreign direct investment. He has extensive experience in advising complex deal structure design and capital re-organization benefited from his thorough understanding of relevant industry policies and field practice.

Mr. Shi has advised a wide array of clients, including domestic and international investment funds, multinational companies, listed companies, start-ups, and growth companies; which spread over a variety of industries, including hi-tech, consumption, healthcare, chemical engineering, education, media, telecom, the Internet, environmental protection, etc.

  • Represented Unifrax, a global leader in high-temperature refractory materials, in acquiring control of Luyang Shares, an A-share listed company

  • Represented the consortium of investors led by SummitView Capital in the acquisition and privatization of Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company, and in its subsequent sale to Ingenic, an A-share listed company, through an issuance of shares to purchase assets

  • Represented a principal investor in multiple rounds of investment in UNISOC

  • Represented Muxi Integrated Circuit in multiple rounds of financing

  • Represented Jieti Medical in multiple rounds of financing
