In September 2022, the syndicated loan drawdown was successfully completed for the 67、68 and 71 Neighborhood Urban Renewal Project in Huangpu District, Shanghai, as the last urban renewal project in downtown, jointly implemented by Yongye Group and China Overseas Group.
The project covers an area of 54,423 square meters from Zhaozhou Road and Shunchang Road to the east, Xujiahui Road and Yongnian Road to the south, South Huangpi Road to the west and East Jianguo Road to the north. The project company known as Yongnianli established by Yongye Group and China Overseas Group is to undertake construction of this project into a landmark commercial and residential complex.
This syndicated loan is arranged by SPDB Luwan Sub-branch as mandated lead arranger, with participating lenders including SPDB, ICBC, ABC, Industrial Bank, BOFCOM, CITIC, CEB, PSBC, etc. The financing scale reaches RMB 22 billion.
