Bestv Media Co.Ltd. ("Bestv") intended to make a strategic investment in Adsage for USD 95,880,000, representing Adsage's 51% equity interest. The transaction has now been successfully approved by the Board of Directors of Bestv, and has been publicly announced.
Upon completion of the transaction, Bestv will improve its business layout of omnimedia and digital marketing, and construct the ecological chain of internet advertisement and online marketing.
