In January 2025, Shanghai LiLe Technology Co., Ltd. ("LiLe Technology") secured a RMB50 million Series A extension investment from Zhulu Capital, marking a new milestone following its RMB50 million angel round in June 2024. With cumulative financing now reaching RMB100 million, the proceeds will primarily support upgrades to range extender production lines at its Jinhua facility, capacity expansion for electric drive component processing centers, and R&D of hybrid transmission systems.

Following its inception in March 2023 with the launch of LiLe's range extender project, the company achieved the successful ignition of its first prototype by December 2023. By October 2024, LiLe commenced initial production of range extenders and electric drive components at its Jinhua facility, culminating in January 2025 with the completion of RMB100 million in total financing. This trajectory underscores LiLe Technology's rapid progression from R&D breakthroughs to scaled manufacturing, positioning it at the forefront of accelerated technological commercialization.
